Common Questions

How long does integration take?

For our live integrations (Shop-Ware, Tekmetric, Shopmonkey, R.O. Writer): 2-3 weeks total from setup to app launch. This includes integration, testing, and app store approval.

What if you don't support my system?

We can build custom integrations for most shop management systems. Custom integrations take 4-6 weeks and may include additional development fees. We'll provide a clear quote upfront.

Is there extra cost for integration?

For our standard integrations, integration setup is included in the $1,000 setup fee. Custom integrations with systems not listed may have additional one-time development fees.

What data syncs between systems?

Both ways sync: Customer appointments, service history, contact information, and work order status. Your existing workflow stays the same - the app just gives customers mobile access.
